How It Works


1. Reserve Your Half Bison


Secure your order with a $1,650 deposit by adding the “Half Bison” product to your cart and completing checkout. The remaining balance is due when your order is ready. Once your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm estimated processing times and any special instructions.


2. Processing & Packaging


All cuts are vacuum-sealed and clearly labeled for easy storage and use.


3. Pickup or Shipping


  • Local Pickup: Pick up your packaged bison directly from our facility or meet at a designated pickup location on a scheduled date—both options are available at no additional cost.
  • Shipping: Free shipping on all bulk orders. Your order will be carefully packed in four (4) 16x16x16 insulated coolers and shipped via UPS, arriving within 2-3 business days from the shipping date. All Bison Bulk Orders are scheduled for shipment with exact dates finalized as we get closer. Secure your order today to guarantee your spot in the next harvest!


4. Storage


You'll need approximately 5–7 cubic feet of freezer space to store your half-bison order.
